This full-time and part-time role requires open availability and involves monitoring shuttle routes, communicating instructions to drivers, and resolving operational issues. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor shuttle operations and track vehicle locations
• Dispatch shuttles based on demand and operational priorities
• Communicate with shuttle drivers using a two-way radio
• Respond to service delays and customer concerns promptly
• Log shuttle activity and record mechanical issues
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of dispatch or customer service experience
• Strong English communication skills;
French is a plus
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
