Advance your career with Mondi as a Logistics Coordinator in Edmonton, managing logistics from the Hinton mill. This full-time role entails collaboration across teams to ensure operational efficiency.
In this position, you will coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and production teams to ensure seamless logistics execution for finished goods. By managing key relationships with logistics providers, you will focus on transport planning and oversee shipments for both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster robust collaboration with internal departments daily
• Manage freight rates with key logistics providers
• Facilitate transport planning in accordance with sales requirements
• Coordinate shipment handling and warehouse operations
• Maintain oversight of freight cost accruals and invoice approvals
Requirements:
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills
• Knowledgeable in international logistics and trade principles
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, notably Excel
• Proficiency in English, additional languages are a plus
• Capable of meeting strict deadlines while ensuring accuracy
