Rod Transport Unit Operator in Alberta

Location: Wabasca-Desmarais

Join Lifting Solutions as a Rod Transport + Repair Unit Operator located in Wabasca, Alberta, and enhance your career in the oil and gas sector. This camp-based position includes a rotation of 14 days on and 7 days off, with meals and lodging covered.

In this role, you will be part of a dedicated Field Services team, utilizing your valid Class 3 or Class 1 driver’s license. Your primary focus will be on operating service trucks, executing maintenance checks, and supporting safe and efficient well servicing. Previous experience in oil and gas is considered highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee RTR service trucks and field operations

• Ensure proper handling of continuous rod

• Execute preventive maintenance and inspections

• Keep detailed logs and records for compliance

• Troubleshoot equipment issues proactively

Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 or Class 1 driver’s license

• H2S Alive and First Aid/CPR training certificates

• Minimum one year of relevant industry experience

• Knowledge of continuous rod processes is an asset

• Strong ability to work independently and as a team
