Automotive Dispatcher

Position: Automotive Dispatcher Role
We are looking for an energetic Dispatcher in Edmonton to effectively manage our automotive parts deliveries. Experience in the automotive industry is key for this dynamic role.

As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial part in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining communication throughout the logistics process. Your responsibilities will include coordinating delivery schedules, monitoring driver activities, and improving order accuracy. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate deliveries and pickups aligning with schedules

• Communicate order status with drivers and customers

• Optimize delivery routes based on priority

• Collaborate with Store Manager on workforce scheduling

• Ensure proper documentation for returns and inspections

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving history

• Strong customer service skills

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
