Join our team as a Truck Drivers Supervisor in Edmonton, Alberta. In this full-time, permanent role, you'll improve team productivity and quality through effective supervision and training.
This position requires overseeing truck driver activities and ensuring that work methods are continuously improved. Drawing on 2-3 years of experience, you'll resolve work issues, train staff, and coordinate fleet activities.
Your role includes requisitioning materials and equipment and relaying instructions to central dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise truck drivers to enhance productivity
• Recommend measures for quality and efficiency improvement
• Train employees and schedule necessary training
• Coordinate project activities and schedules
• Order materials, equipment, and supplies as required
Requirements:
• Hold a Class 1 or A Driver's License
• Possess Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a related field
• Knowledge of accident reporting
• Basic security clearance and excellent driving record
