Join LAZ in coordinating shuttle operations at Edmonton Airport. As a Shuttle Dispatcher, you'll ensure safe, timely, and effective transport for customers while building strong relationships. This full time and part-time role requires open availability and involves monitoring shuttle routes, communicating instructions to drivers, and resolving operational issues.
You'll log activity, report maintenance needs, and support overall service quality. Your contributions will enhance customer satisfaction and maintain efficient operations across the airport.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor shuttle operations and track vehicle locations
- Dispatch shuttles based on demand and operational priorities
- Communicate with shuttle drivers using a two-way radio
- Respond to service delays and customer concerns promptly
- Log shuttle activity and record mechanical issues
- 1–3 years of dispatch or customer service experience
- Solid English communication skills;
French is a plus - Excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
