As a Full-Time Dispatcher for Keolis, you will oversee daily operations for our motorcoach fleet across Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario. Your responsibilities include dispatching drivers, tracking routes, and ensuring safety compliance. Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential in this role that operates within a structured shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch operator-to-vehicle assignments efficiently

• Monitor routes and respond to service issues immediately

• Relay instructions to drivers using dispatch systems

• Answer phones and provide accurate information to customers

• Coordinate charter bookings with the Charter department

Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ experience in logistics/transportation dispatch

• Strong problem-solving skills in operational settings

• Excellent communication, both oral and written

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
