• Oversee daily dispatch and delivery operations

• Manage training and evaluation of route drivers

• Implement vehicle maintenance programs and safety compliance

• Track fleet expenses and recommend efficiency improvements

• Communicate equipment issues with management daily

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Technical Certificate required

• Minimum 3+ years in fleet management and leadership

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with DOT compliance and reporting

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
