Motorcoach Operator

Position: Full Time Motorcoach Operator
Join TRAXX as a Full-Time Motorcoach Operator in Edmonton, providing safe transportation across Western Canada. With a focus on excellent customer service, this role allows you to engage with diverse passengers.

As a key front-line team member reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures while maintaining a positive experience for passengers. This position particularly values strong communication skills and a commitment to a safety-oriented culture, making your role essential in transporting sports teams, school groups, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport passengers adhering to safety policies

• Assist with loading and unloading passenger luggage

• Address inquiries and concerns professionally

• Keep passengers informed of trip progress

• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle reports

Requirements:

• Class 1 or 2 Commercial Driver’s License required

• Minimum 3 years driving experience, preferably in motor coach

• Clean Driver’s Abstract needed

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• High school diploma or GED required
