Position: Full-Time Motorcoach Dispatch Position

As a Dispatcher, you will manage the operational aspects of motorcoach services in Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario for Keolis. Key Responsibilities:

• Assign daily dispatch duties to operators

• Monitor fleet and route performance closely

• Process instructions through computer-aided systems

• Support customer inquiries and internal team communications

• Help coordinate charter bookings and schedules

Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ experience in logistics or dispatch

• Effective problem-solving skills in operations

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Strong organizational skills for a high-volume environment
