In this part-time role, you’ll collect donations of clothing and household items, assisting the mission to raise funds for Diabetes Canada. Responsibilities include conducting vehicle inspections, maintaining accurate logs, and communicating effectively with the public. With your Full Class 5 license and a commitment to safe driving, you will play a crucial role in supporting your community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct pre and post trip vehicle inspections
• Collect donations at homes and bins
• Maintain daily Hours-of-Service Logs accurately
• Communicate with dispatch throughout the route
• Unload merchandise as required
Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years driving experience
• Clean driver abstract under 21 days old
• Ability to handle loads of 10-50 lbs
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
