Become a vital part of the Cooper Equipment Rentals team as a Yard Coordinator in Edmonton, Alberta. Your focus on safety and organization will support equipment operations.

In this position, you will maintain the equipment yard and assist logistic operations. You’ll be responsible for cleaning equipment, operating forklift machinery, and helping drivers with loading and unloading. Strong communication ensures workflow efficiency and adherence to safety protocols throughout the yard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Detail equipment using pressure washers and cleaning agents

• Ensure the yard remains organized and safe

• Assist drivers in loading and unloading equipment

• Perform damage checks on returned equipment

• Communicate with team to improve workflow

Requirements:

• Class G/5 driver’s license with minimal demerit points

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long durations

• Forklift operation experience is an asset

• Comfort with outdoor work year-round

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability
