Experienced Lead Hand in Highway Maintenance

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining provincial highways every day of the year. Ledcor Highways Ltd. is seeking experienced professionals to support our Foreperson while ensuring safety and operational excellence. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of service to the traveling public.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate snowplow trucks and other heavy machinery

• Conduct maintenance on Alberta highways in all weather

• Support daily tasks and safety inspections

• Assist with planning and monitor crew performance

• Address health, safety, and environment concerns promptly

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1, 2, or 3 driver’s license with a clean record

• Prior supervisory experience in related positions

• Snow plow experience preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Successful completion of pre-employment testing required
