FedEx P&D Supervisor Position

Take charge of operations as a P&D Supervisor with Fed Ex Express. Oversee day-to-day delivery processes and ensure compliance with all policies and safety standards.

This frontline supervisory role focuses on managing flex routes and supervising Flex Driver staff. Applicants should have a college diploma or equivalent and three years of relevant industry experience. Effective leadership is key to supporting Fed Ex's Safety Above All Culture while ensuring an efficient B2C package delivery network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Flex Drivers and daily operations

• Ensure compliance with safety and administrative policies

• Manage specific flex routes for efficient deliveries

• Maintain training and development of staff

• Address operational challenges and propose solutions

Requirements:

• College diploma or equivalent qualification

• Minimum 3 years of Fed Ex or relevant industry experience

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

• Basic Microsoft Office 365 proficiency

• Successful completion of defensive driver’s training
