As a Senior Dispatcher, your role encompasses supervising dispatch activities, planning routes, and collaborating with drivers and warehouse personnel. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day dispatch and trucking operations
• Ensure timely delivery through effective scheduling
• Collaborate with teams to manage shipment loads
• Monitor driver compliance with company policies
• Track fleet maintenance and performance metrics
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years' dispatch supervisory experience
• Extensive knowledge in transportation industry practices
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be able to commit to 24/7 on-call duties
