Encore Logistics CDL Driver

Position: Encore Logistics CDL Driver Role
Join Encore's logistics team as a CDL Driver, focusing on timely deliveries and outstanding customer service. This position requires strong driving skills and dedication to maintaining vehicle integrity.

In this role with Encore, you'll navigate set routes in vehicles that may exceed 26,001 lbs. You'll be responsible for loading, unloading, and ensuring deliveries are performed accurately and safely. Strong communication skills are essential to provide clients with superior service, while also adhering to safety and maintenance protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate trucks, ensuring safe load securement

• Review and verify orders during deliveries and pickups

• Maintain regular communication with clients

• Conduct inspections on vehicles pre and post-trip

• Assist in planning routes and logistical support

Requirements:

• CDL or Class 1 Driver's License required

• Minimum 2 years of driving experience

• Proficient in using GPS and routing tools

• Understanding of vehicle maintenance needs

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
