Ledcor Highways Ltd. is staffing for winter seasonal operators to work from October to April across Alberta. Candidates must hold a Class 1, 2, or 3 driver’s license and should be prepared for outdoor work with various heavy equipment. This is an excellent opportunity to engage in meaningful work that keeps community highways safe.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snowplow trucks and heavy machinery
• Perform highway maintenance including repair tasks
• Work outdoors under different weather conditions
• Support laborer duties as required
• Maintain safety standards on Alberta highways
Requirements:
• Class 1, 2, or 3 driver’s license with air endorsement
• Clear three-year driving record
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs and doing physical work
• Must pass pre-employment drug tests
• Some experience with snow removal equipment is a plus
