Maintenance Operations Controller at Morningstar

Join Morningstar Air Express Inc. as a Maintenance Operations Controller at Edmonton International Airport. In this role, you will ensure technical dispatch and maintenance control for our fleet, including Boeing and Cessna aircraft.

The Maintenance Operations Control (MOC) department is looking for a team-oriented individual committed to safety and excellence. This role requires coordination with Maintenance Planning and effective communication of maintenance issues. Key responsibilities include scheduling repairs, controlling maintenance operations, and supporting Aircraft On Ground technical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule repairs of deferred maintenance items

• Control and oversee overall maintenance scheduling

• Enter Airworthiness Directive and Service Bulletin data

• Provide AOG technical support as needed

• Communicate issues effectively to all relevant departments

Requirements:

• Transport Canada M1 and/or M2 license required

• Type rated on Boeing B757 and Aerospatiale ATR

• Experience with Cessna 208 and/or Sky Courier 408 is a plus

• Must obtain Transport Canada security clearance

• Willingness to travel internationally and work shifts
