Position: Class 5 Donation Pickup Truck Driver Role
Join the National Diabetes Trust as a Class 5 Donation Pickup Truck Driver and earn a $1000 signing bonus! Operate up to 29 hours each week, positively impacting your community.

You’ll be responsible for collecting clothing and household goods, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and fostering a public image of our charitable mission. As a vital team member, you’ll apply your safe driving skills and customer service expertise. With your Full Class 5 license, you’ll assist in promoting the mission of the National Diabetes Trust while delivering essential services to the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive established pick-up routes for donations

• Carry out vehicle safety inspections before and after trips

• Fill out accurate pickup logs and reports

• Communicate with dispatch and donors

• Unload collected items at designated locations

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education or equivalent

• Five years’ driving experience required

• Clean driver abstract required

• Capable of lifting 10-50 lbs with ease

• Legally eligible to work in Canada
