This role offers year-round employment with hands-on opportunities in snowplowing and highway maintenance. You will operate various heavy equipment while performing essential tasks that uphold the safety and functionality of Alberta’s highways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive snowplow trucks and loaders for maintenance

• Maintain highways, assisting with repairs and clean-up

• Ensure safety around hazardous areas

• Work outdoors regardless of weather conditions

• Support Labourer roles as needed

Requirements:

• Class 1, 2, or 3 driver’s license mandatory

• Clear driving record over the past 3 years

• Physically capable of heavy lifting

• Familiarity with heavy machinery operation preferred

• Must pass pre-employment drug screening
