You will oversee the enhancement of driver training standards and cultivate a strong field presence across our Canadian operations. Your expertise will guide the delivery of effective driver instruction while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. By focusing on operational partnerships, you will drive continuous improvement and foster a robust instructor network.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain national driver training standards.
• Conduct classroom and practical training.
• Support instructor development and coaching.
• Analyze training performance and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with operational leaders for program alignment.
Requirements:
• 7–10 years of experience in passenger transportation.
• 5 years in driver training and assessment.
• Advanced education in safety or training sectors.
• Valid Class 2 commercial driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
