Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily dock and cross-dock operations
• Evaluate fleet performance and compliance tasks
• Guide driver recruitment and training efforts
• Champion safety culture and respond to incidents
• Communicate metrics and service issues effectively
Requirements:
• 5+ years in logistics or terminal operations
• Proven experience leading front-line teams
• Knowledge of Alberta transportation regulations
• Forklift certification and TDG training needed
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
