Fleet Operations Dispatcher

Position: Fleet Operations Dispatcher Role
Enhance fleet efficiency as a Fleet Operations Dispatcher. Support drivers and ensure on-time deliveries, leveraging strong logistics and communication skills.

This role is focused on overseeing on-road activities of drivers during their shifts. You'll assign routes, monitor progress, and tackle obstacles that arise during deliveries, all while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. Your expertise will play a key role in optimizing our trucking services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor driver inquiries and provide necessary support

• Complete daily requests from senior planners

• Use tracking systems to oversee driver activities

• Ensure prompt updates and trip sheet accuracy

• Manage customer service issues swiftly

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in dispatch or logistics

• High school diploma is a must

• Capable verbal and written communication skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime
