Oilfield Trucking Operations Coordinator

Coordinate oilfield trucking operations from Fort McMurray using dispatch, routing, and scheduling expertise. Support drivers, clients, and transportation teams through clear communication.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Trucking Coordinator manages daily transportation operations for drilling, completion, and production equipment. The position requires supervisory experience in oilfield trucking coordination, dispatch, or logistics support. Strong organization, communication, dispatch software familiarity, and route planning knowledge support effective delivery coordination.

• Manage dispatching, routing, and transportation scheduling
• Coordinate deliveries with drivers, dispatchers, and clients
• Monitor truck and trailer availability and assignments
• Support transportation compliance and accurate operational reporting
• Address delays, route changes, and equipment problems

• Two to three years of supervisory experience
• Experience in oilfield trucking, dispatch, or logistics
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication with drivers, clients, and teams
• Familiarity with dispatch and transportation management systems
