Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Shipping Associate verifies products, prepares outbound shipments, and supports customers and carrier drivers. The position requires careful checking, shipment consolidation, courier processing, and movement into shipping lanes. Good math and English communication skills support accurate work.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect incoming products against packing slips for accuracy
- Consolidate products with their corresponding customer orders
- Create Bills of Lading for outbound shipments
- Process courier shipments through online portals
- Assist customers and carrier drivers at pickup
- Completed high school diploma
- Good math and English communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Similar experience and forklift certification are assets
