Coordinate propane deliveries and yard operations for Cooper Equipment Rentals in Edmonton, using forklift operation and customer service skills. Work outdoors year-round while supporting accurate, secure deliveries.
The Yard Coordinator prepares propane cylinders, tanks, equipment, and parts for delivery. This customer-oriented position supports inventory management, equipment handling, recordkeeping, and branch communication. You will help maintain smooth workflow while following company procedures and health and safety policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Fill propane cylinders and prepare tanks for delivery
- Load and unload propane, equipment, and parts
- Deliver propane securely to customer sites
- Maintain delivery, pickup, and customer records
- Organize, clean, fuel, and inspect rental equipment
- Valid Class 5 license and satisfactory driver abstract
- Familiarity with local Edmonton roads
- Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds
- Comfort working outdoors throughout the year
- Propane, inventory, warehouse, or equipment experience preferred
