Operate gravel trucks with a Class 1 or A licence and Air Brake endorsement while travelling between varied work locations. No experience is required; training will be provided.
This gravel truck driver position transports goods and materials using straight or articulated trucks. Responsibilities include loading and unloading, vehicle inspections, brake adjustments, roadside repairs, preventive maintenance, and accurate trip documentation. The work is physically demanding and involves heavy loads.
Key Responsibilities:- Load and unload goods and materials
- Drive straight or articulated trucks between work locations
- Inspect tires, lights, brakes, and vehicle equipment
- Perform brake adjustments and emergency roadside repairs
- Record cargo, hours, distance, fuel, and trip details
- Secondary school graduation certificate
- English language ability
- Class 1 or A driver's licence
- Air Brake Z endorsement
- Ability to handle heavy loads and physical demands
Build gravel truck driving experience through training while managing inspections, maintenance, documentation, and frequent travel requirements.
