Forklift Operator - Reach Truck

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our client's warehouse team in Edmonton, AB. In this role you will be responsible for efficient material handling, accurate order picking, and supporting warehouse operations in alignment with established guidelines. This position requires you to have hands-on experience with Stand-Up or Reach forklifts and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Pay Rate: $ 24.00/hour
• Location: Edmonton, AB
• Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Supervisor, Storekeepers, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure inventory is maintained accurately and in accordance with company guidelines.
• Promptly and accurately supply internal and external customers with welding products, industrial hard goods, and other required materials.
• Manage inbound, internal, and outbound material handling using a forklift and other warehouse tools as needed.
• Perform basic site maintenance tasks and support warehouse improvement initiatives as assigned by the Supervisor, Manager, or ALC Management Team.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently, following operational and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Experience operating Stand-Up or Reach forklifts is required.
• 1+years of experience with forklifts and valid certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong basic math skills related to warehouse operations (counts, measurements, inventory).
• Strong computer skills with the ability to use inventory or warehouse management systems.
• Physically capable of performing warehouse tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, extensive walking, and repetitive lifting.
• Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
