Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Warehouse Attendant in the Oil and Gas industry in Redwater, Alberta. The position supports a fast‑paced industrial operation, managing receiving, inventory control, shipping, and material distribution while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

$37.00 – $40.00 hourly

• Receive and inspect incoming materials against documentation
• Record deliveries and maintain accurate receiving logs
• Process materials into CMMS systems such as Maximo
• Organize, label, and store inventory in designated locations
• Pick, stage, and issue materials for work orders
• Coordinate and prepare outbound shipments with required documentation
• Maintain shipping logs and track repair materials
• Ensure compliance with safety and handling standards

• Commitment to workplace safety and procedures
• Valid driver’s licence
• 5+ years of shipping and receiving experience
• Experience with CMMS systems such as Maximo, SAP, or JDE
• Intermediate MS Office skills, including Excel and Outlook
• Certifications such as TDG, WHMIS, and First Aid Level C
• Operate lift trucks safely and manage physical workload
• Capable of working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
