Responsibilities   Drive forklifts safely to load, unload, and move LTL freight.
Navigate a fast‑paced cross‑dock environment efficiently to keep up with high‑volume shipments.
Maintain a safe, organized, and productive workspace under tight timelines.
Earn a permanent, full‑time position after a few months based on your great performance and attendance.
Operate electric sit‑down counterbalance forklifts in a busy cross dock/LTL environment.
Use stand‑up stock picker equipment to pick and put away product.
Load, unload, move, and organize freight and product safely and efficiently.
Stock loose pick bins and pick customer orders accurately.
Re‑barcode cases and return products to high bay storage.
Assist with inventory put‑away during delivery days (800‑1200 cases shared across team).
Perform daily and weekly warehouse cleaning duties.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines.
Work closely with team members in a fast‑paced warehouse setting.
Availability   Shift A: 3:00AM – 11:30AM
Shift B: 7:30AM – 4:00PM
Compensation   $21.00 – $25.00 per hour (determined by experience and shift placement)

Physically fit and able to lift/move boxes up to 50lbs consistently.
Strong English communication skills required.
Detail‑oriented with strong teamwork abilities.
Must have reliable transportation as the location is not accessible by transit.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with high daily volume demands.
