The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Shipping Supervisor, the Distribution Administrator supports shipping and distribution operations, ensuring the accurate processing of orders, documentation, and outbound logistics.

Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:- Process invoices and confirm accuracy of outgoing loads
- Coordinate load changes and shipment adjustments
- Support carriers and customers during order pick‑ups
- Manage product substitutions and order corrections
- Prepare shipping documents including manifests and BOLs
- Record shipment temperatures and compliance data
- Complete data entry for shipping metrics and QC tracking
- Generate and distribute shipment reports
- Control dock access and issue security seals
- Reconcile load sheets with invoiced quantities
- Maintain organized shipping documentation files
- The successful candidate will be results‑oriented, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and have the ability to develop positive working relationships with all employees.
- Strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/AS400 preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable performing clerical duties in a manufacturing setting
