Univar Solutions is seeking an Inventory Specialist in Edmonton, AB, to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure product availability. Monitor stock transfers, conduct cycle counts, and perform reconciliations with precision.

As an Inventory Specialist, you will oversee inventory accuracy and oversee daily operations of the inventory management system. Your responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, documenting transfers, and assisting with annual physical inventories. Effective communication and strong organizational skills will be crucial to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and update inventory records consistently

• Conduct cycle counts in collaboration with warehouse personnel

• Prepare and assist during annual physical inventory

• Verify the return of goods and process adjustments

• Investigate any discrepancies and coordinate product reviews

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma with two years of related inventory experience

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

• Experience with Tableau and SAP is a plus

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
