As the Operations Manager for Warehouse Operations, you will oversee day-to-day activities including inventory control, freight readiness, and compliance with storage contracts. Expect to maintain high standards of service, meeting both outbound commitments and warehouse safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead receiving, staging, and loading operations every shift

• Coordinate dock schedules to optimize workflow

• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular counts

• Implement best practices for packaging and quality checks

• Maintain equipment safety and readiness standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years in warehouse or dock operations

• Strong understanding of freight handling and safety

• Proficient with WMS and Excel reporting
