Drive operational excellence in inventory management as an Inventory Supervisor with our Data Center Solutions group. Manage a talented team and optimize data-driven inventory processes.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory fulfillment and the effectiveness of shipping and receiving. With a focus on data analysis and stakeholder collaboration, you will mitigate inventory issues, manage employee schedules, and support your team's development and performance reviews. Utilizing SAP and advanced analytical tools, you'll ensure inventory levels meet production demands while executing corporate improvement objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead team in managing inventory and warehousing tasks

• Analyze data for potential inventory disruptions

• Schedule team shifts and performance feedback

• Recruit and train new team members

• Work with departments to streamline inventory processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years in inventory, warehousing

• At least 2 years of management experience

• Proficient in SAP and data analysis

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Must be able to work night shifts
