Warehouse Person - xNightshift

Join the world's largest Caterpillar dealer! Finning is currently seeking four (4) safety focused, career minded individuals for our state-of-the-art warehouse located in West Edmonton to support our Afternoon Shift (Mon to Fri – 3:00 – 11:30).

As a warehouse person, your duties include but are not limited to shipping and receiving of Caterpillar parts and components, general warehouse maintenance, and assisting with inventory control.

• Starting wage of $19.11 /hr

• Transit accessible (most shifts)

• Load and unload parts trucks by hand or using material handling equipment
• Adhere to shipping and receiving policies/procedures and regulatory compliance procedures
• Provide assistance as needed to co-workers and customers (internal and external)
• Participate in annual cycle count to ensure inventory accuracy
• Maintain warehouse and yard storage areas to align with Finning standards and to ensure a safe work environment
• Accurately sort and assign bin location for incoming stock
• Other duties as required.

• Previous warehousing and/or RF Scanner experience would be considered an asset
• Hold or be willing to achieve crane, forklift and related safety training certifications such as WHIMS and TDG
• A solid commitment to safety is imperative

• Afternoon Shift runs Mon – Friday 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm
• Candidate Selection will be in accordance with the current CBA
• Any future shift changes that may occur will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Collective Agreement.

You are required to become a member of the Union associated with this position. This will be effective immediately and will result in union dues being deducted from your pay. The terms and conditions of your employment will be governed by the collective agreement.
