Position: Material Supervisor for Data Center Solutions

Drive inventory excellence as a Material Supervisor with Johnson Controls, overseeing logistics operations in our Data Center Solutions team. This role focuses on inventory management and optimizing processes through data-driven strategies.

As the Material Supervisor, you'll manage a team engaged in fulfilling production orders, handle shipping/receiving, and manage transactions in the ERP system. Your analytical skills will be key in forecasting inventory needs and overcoming challenges, while your leadership will fuel team performance and development. Collaborating across departments, you will ensure quality and availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team in inventory fulfillment and logistics

• Analyze data to foresee and mitigate inventory issues

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams

• Provide training and support for new hires

• Ensure effective use of inventory management software

Requirements:

• At least 6 years in warehousing and logistics

• 2 years in a supervisory capacity

• Strong knowledge of data analysis and SAP

• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities

• Available for night shifts
