Second Shop is seeking an accomplished Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee our warehouse activities. This key role will focus on managing all aspect of logistics including receiving, staging, and loading while maintaining oversight of inventory accuracy. Your expertise will foster a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving and loading

• Coordinate dock schedules to maximize productivity

• Administer inventory controls through regular counts

• Implement quality checks and reduce operational errors

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and practices

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of warehouse operations leadership experience

• Strong knowledge of inventory and damage prevention practices

• Ability to manage and coach effective teams

• Proficient in WMS tools and data reporting

• Exceptional communication skills with various stakeholders
