Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily activities: receiving, inventory control, and shipping

• Oversee customer storage contract administration and compliance

• Maintain tracking for accurate storage billing and reporting

• Ensure high standards in inventory accuracy and resolution

• Coach staff on WMS use and operational standards

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse supervision

• Proficient in using WMS for various operations

• Understanding of storage billing and contract management

• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities

• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to acquire
