About the Role
We are looking to hire Material Handlers for one of our Fly In Fly Out locations under the responsibility of the Logistics Supervisor. The role primarily involves cycle counting and supporting warehouse operations.
Compensation & Schedule
Start Pay: $31.44 per hour
Shift
Hours:
6:00am to 6:00pm, 7 days on-12 hours per day, then 7 days off
Paid Training: 2–5 days in Edmonton before your assignment
Job Type: 6‑month contract (possible renewal in Jan 2027)
Location
Fort Hills. After training, you will work at Fort Hills for a 7‑days on/7‑days off rotation, flying from Edmonton to the site for the on‑shift period.

Essential Functions
Perform warehouse functions, mainly cycle counting.
Conduct duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
Accurately pick, pack, audit, tote, stage products, and load/unload trucks.
Handle day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
Additional Responsibilities
Perform duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
Some locations may require a Motor Vehicle Records check for driving company vehicles.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods

Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED preferred
One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
Valid Forklift Operator’s License preferred
Travel
No travel required.
Safety Sensitive
Non‑Regulated (Technician may operate forklift equipment or other warehouse machinery).
