Position: Skilled Labourer at Michels

As a Skilled Labourer, you will contribute to a safe and effective work environment. Collaborating with shop and office teams, your work will extend to supporting vendors and managing equipment staging and yard operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture

• Perform yard housekeeping and snow removal tasks

• Assist with staging equipment and yard moves

• Support truck and heavy equipment spotting

• Provide support with shipping and receiving duties

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of outdoor heavy labour experience

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License is required

• Forklift and loader operation experience preferred

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
