In this coordinator position, you'll support the daily operations of a high-volume warehouse for McDonald’s. You are responsible for planning workforce resources, promoting a culture of safety, and executing effective communications. Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and manage daily and weekly workforce tasks
• Lead daily shift safety and operational meetings
• Assign work duties to ensure efficient operations
• Oversee Warehouse Management System and training
• Communicate potential operational issues among teams
Requirements:
• University or collegiate degree in relevant fields
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics or distribution
• Fully bilingual in French and English
• Strong MS Office and technical skills
• Proven leadership and organizational abilities
