Become a vital part of our Edmonton team as a Warehouse Shipping Associate. Focus on shipping, receiving, and maintaining smooth warehouse operations.
This position is essential for ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and in compliance with our operational standards. You will operate forklifts, manage documentation, and maintain inventory systems. Your attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols will ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently pull and prepare orders for shipment
• Review shipment documents and ensure correctness
• Complete truck bills and liaise with carriers for pickups
• Maintain inventory organization at designated bin locations
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently at all times
Requirements:
• Forklift operation experience (standup and sit-down)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented in task execution
• Ability to keep the workspace clean and organized
• Follow AIV Procedure Manuals for guidance
