Position: Lead Warehouse Supervisor Role
Join Bunzl GRP as a Warehouse Supervisor in Edmonton and drive productivity and safety in our operations. Oversee a team dedicated to assembling and shipping customer orders efficiently.

This position involves supervising daily warehouse activities and ensuring effective communication of policies. Under the leadership of the Warehouse Manager, you'll be responsible for motivating team members during their shifts and enhancing overall workflow. Experience in warehousing coupled with strong decision-making skills is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct team in accurate assembly and shipment preparation

• Foster a professional and safe environment for all staff

• Manage warehouse processes for improved efficiency

• Communicate operational policies and expectations clearly

• Assist in evaluating team performance and addressing variances

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's preferred

• 1-3 years warehousing experience with supervisory skills

• Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs as needed

• Ability to work at heights of 26 feet with safety training

• Adept in Mybis and proficient in Microsoft Office
