Join Simpson Strong-Tie in Riverside, CA as a Shipping Associate I and play an essential role in our warehousing operations. Handle shipping and logistics while adhering to high-quality standards and safety protocols.
This full-time position focuses on shipping, receiving, and inventory management. You will be important in processing customer orders and must obtain company certification and training upon hire. Collaborating with team members to meet organizational goals is key in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Package and palletize products for shipment
• Ensure quality standards for outgoing items
• Utilize ERP systems for order processing
• Maintain organized inventory and clean workspace
• Undertake other assigned tasks as necessary
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year experience in logistics or shipping
• Proficient in operating forklifts and reach trucks
• Strong emphasis on safety and communication
• Ability to work independently while following instructions
