Key Responsibilities:
• Directly support Warehouse Team Members in problem-solving
• Lead training events to standardize operations
• Certify new hires on Warehouse Operations policies
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Ensure safety and security of warehouse operations
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of warehouse experience
• Proven results in efficiency and cost saving measures
• Strong leadership and initiative skills
• Effective problem-solving capabilities
