Rexel Canada is in search of a Warehouse Manager for its Edmonton branch to lead daily warehouse operations. In this leadership role, you will supervise staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards and efficient workflow. You will also be responsible for conducting training and analyzing performance metrics to improve productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Hub warehouse operations and staff
• Enforce health and safety regulations
• Develop and maintain work procedures
• Prepare and analyze performance reports
• Coordinate shipping schedules for timely deliveries
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of warehouse management experience
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledgeable in Lean and 6S practices
• Proficient in software tools including Word and Outlook
• Ability to train staff on warehouse equipment
