As a Cell Lead, your primary role will be to oversee daily material flow and warehouse activities. You will ensure accurate receiving and distribution of materials, while fostering a culture of safety and accountability. This position requires strong leadership skills to motivate your team and improve operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend Morning Toolbox Meetings and manage team workflow
• Track and document material movements accurately
• Ensure compliance with safety and inventory management protocols
• Provide training and support to enhance team performance
• Drive continuous improvement within warehouse processes
Requirements:
• Excellent leadership and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of inventory control and receiving operations
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP software
• Forklift certification may be required based on needs
