Onsite Shipping and Inventory Specialist

Step into a vital role as a Shipping and Inventory Coordinator in a hands-on, onsite capacity. You will be responsible for precise order fulfillment, material handling, and warehouse management.

This position requires a physically fit individual skilled in operating reach trucks and adept in inventory organization. Reporting to the Distribution Supervisor, you will manage stock, ensure accurate shipping and receiving of high-security materials, and handle customer inquiries. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately within 24-48 hours

• Operate reach trucks and other equipment safely

• Maintain the 'Shipping Manager' database with precision

• Verify stock received and assist with inventory counts

• Conduct warehouse safety inspections and participate in OHS committee

Requirements:

• Physically fit, able to lift up to 35lbs

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient using computers and databases

• Ability to multi-task and adapt to priorities

• Experience in customer-focused environments
