Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented supply chain and logistics professional to join our Supply Chain team as a Warehouse Coordinator. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations and timely fulfillment of orders. This role includes managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. The Warehouse Coordinator will work closely with the operations teams.

Additionally, this position oversees multiple warehouses, and regular travel will be required.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across all warehouses in CFOC network
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of products within the warehouse.
  • Create PO’s and MyTVC Orders for restock of warehouses.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners to schedule and optimize shipments.
  • Track and report order status, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Implement and enforce quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Inspect products for damages and ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and conveyor systems.
  • Schedule routine inspections and repairs as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with all departments to coordinate workflow.
  • Provide regular updates on inventory levels, order status, and warehouse performance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse activities.
  • Generate reports to analyze and improve warehouse efficiency.
  • Address and resolve issues related to inventory discrepancies, order delays, and other operational challenges.
  • Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems.
  • Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Process equipment returns, testing / refurbishing and recycling.
  • Create waybill for materials that need to be shipped out
What We Are Looking For
  • A High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or a related field is a plus.
  • A minimum of 4 plus years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
  • Physical Requirements:

    Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
