Warehouse coordination at Schindler centers on tooling, inventory control, and safety equipment management. Prepare materials and records for field operations.
As Warehouse Coordinator, you will manage warehouse activities, field tooling, calibration schedules, parts ordering, and supplier relationships. You will also support supervisors, site readiness visits, health and safety initiatives, ISO compliance, and quality standards. SAP and MS Office support reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Review field tooling and safety equipment requirements regularly
- Maintain calibration databases and schedule required calibrations
- Order parts, tools, and equipment within procurement guidelines
- Organize warehouse inventory, housekeeping, shipping, and receiving
- Prepare reports using SAP and MS Office
- Post-secondary education, preferably in a technical field
- Appropriate driver’s license
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities
Support Schindler field operations through accurate inventory, calibrated tooling, organized records, and dependable warehouse coordination.
